City Country Pets and Supplies now offers Australia-wide and international postage on a wide range of pet supplies. 

Delivery Cost
Delivery cost is calculated in checkout dependant on the delivery location and the size and weight of the order.

Postage Method
Orders are posted using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers at our own discretion. You will receive the tracking number for the corresponding service when your order is sent.
If your item has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please check your tracking number. If your tracking number has not had any recent updates, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try our best to get your package back on track.


Pick-up only Items
Certain items or orders may be unavailable for delivery due to their size, weight or fragility. If you are unable to choose delivery at checkout, please contact us on (+61) 2 4721 2328 as we may be able to organise special postage.

Frozen Delivery

Frozen Delivery via Courier is available to Sydney Metro areas at a flat rate of $10 on orders up to 20kg. Frozen orders will only be posted Monday-Thursday to ensure that the order is as frozen as possible at the time of delivery. Please note that frozen orders cannot include standard delivery items, and including standard delivery in a frozen order will incur extra postage costs. To avoid unexpected costs, please place orders for frozen and standard delivery items seperately, or place your order over the phone during business hours on (02) 4721 2328.

In-Store Pickup

If you opted to choose in-store pickup at checkout, you will be notified via email when your order is available for retrieval.

In the unfortunate circumstance where there is an issue with your order, you will be notified promptly.
